About Villa Nuevespigas

Villa Nuevespigas is a place shaped by time, land, and family.

The villa was built in 1999 by my parents, Isabel and Frank, originally as a small countryside hotel in the hills of Málaga. Over the years, it evolved into a private villa, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the house and its surroundings as a whole.

In late 2024, the villa underwent a thoughtful renovation to enhance comfort and elegance while remaining deeply connected to the landscape. The intention was simple: to create a place that feels calm, welcoming, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

I’m Juan, your host. I grew up in Málaga and have been coming to this land since I was ten years old. After living and working abroad — including several years in London — I returned home to focus on what truly brings me joy: this place and the art of hosting.

Today, Villa Nuevespigas welcomes both holiday stays and retreats, offering a setting that adapts naturally to rest, gathering, and more intentional experiences.
